I am so freaking busy I have not watched TV all week. Working two jobs is kicking my ass. It's sucks. One provides health insurance (which is hard to get since H3 is diabetic) and the other provides the cash flow.

I hate the one that provides insurance. It's not what I thought it would be (I am a glorified admin)and there are several people who think the are in charge but they can just kiss my ass.

They money job is exactly what I love to do, I can work from home and did I mention that it's what I love to do. I just wish I was not so worn out and could give it more attention.

Anyway I am going to San Francisco this week on a trip with the job I love. Maybe some good things will come out of this trip and I can dump the insurance job.

My best line of the week -- an e-mail to one of my board members in response to all the stupid backstabbing and cat-fighting that is going on; I said, "I'm sure all the men on the board are wishing that we would just Shut the Fuck Up."

And no I didn't use symbols. Good news is they have left me alone since then. As H3 says "always leave them wondering if you are a little bit crazy."

Wish me luck in San Francisco.

H3 and I have been discussing a possible trip to Disney World this summer, but each time we decide we don't want to fight the crowds.

Now I know I am going to go, not only for the little one, but also to show "Uncle Walt" my support.

I have a Love/Hate relationship with the Internet. There are days when I sit down to do some research or shop online and the next thing you know I have wasted an entire day. I always hate myself afterwards.

Today was one of those days. However today also reminded me why I can't live without it and I just Love, Love, Love it.

Two years ago when we moved cross-country a collection of my favorite recipes vanished. I have been able to recreate most of them but one of my absolute favorites "Queen of Tarts Chocolate Brownies With Ganache" was lost for good. As hard as I tried, I just could not get the recipe right.

Then today I was searching for some good things to create for Easter dinner and I tried once more to Google it. It was only the one-hundredth time I had searched and I am not sure what I did differently, but there it was!!!!

I don't know who Flora is, but she's my new hero.
